What is an AI credit?
An AI credit is how we meter the platform's AI work. One credit is roughly one AI action, like extracting sample requirements from a spec, summarising a document, or answering a question about one. Heavier jobs cost a little more: comparing two documents, cross-checking a handover deliverable against the register, or a full tender analysis draw more credits than a simple extraction, because they read a lot more of your project. Your quota resets at the start of each month and unused credits do not roll over. When you run out, AI features pause until the next reset or until you buy a top-up pack. There is a hard stop, so you never get a surprise charge for going over.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when my free trial ends?
The trial runs for 14 days with 30 AI credits and no credit card required. When it ends, your account becomes view-only. Your projects and data stay exactly as they are, so nothing is deleted. Subscribe to a plan to start editing and running AI again.
How does per-active-project billing work on Pro?
Pro is $179 per active project each month. You can run as many projects as you like, and you are only billed for the ones that are active. Each active project comes with 300 AI credits per month. The credit pool is capped at three projects, so it tops out at 900 credits per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Core, Pro and Max whenever your needs change. If you outgrow Max, or need SSO, a private AI tier or custom terms, get in touch about Enterprise.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your registers export to Excel and PDF, so your handover data is always yours to take with you. There is no lock-in.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Your credit quota resets at the start of each month and unused credits do not carry over. If you need more in a given month, you can buy a top-up pack.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
